At Eat Sleep Play Go, we do our best to monitor all listings. If you come across a listing that doesn’t seem right or that was not as described, follow these steps:
1. On the experience page, click on the ellipses next to the purple share button, just below the title section, all the way to the right.
2. A drop down menu will appear, click on Report.
3. Type your message in the pop-up that appears, it will get sent right to us and we will evaluate the listing ASAP.
If this reporting is about an experience that you have already participated in, we encourage you to discuss the issue and/or the need for a refund with the Vendor through their message portal. For help with messaging a Vendor, click here. If you feel that the Vendor is not being fair, do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get to resolving the issue immediately.
