If you have a question about an experience, Eat Sleep Play Go has made it easy for you to reach out to the Vendor.
1. On the experience page, scroll down and you will see the ‘Message Vendor’ window on the right hand side.
2. Alternatively, you can visit the Vendor’s profile page. Just click on their profile image, which is located under the experience title, or on the right hand side in the ‘Experience Provided By’ section.
3. Once you’re in the Vendor’s profile page, you will see the ‘Message Vendor’ window on the right side of your screen.
4. When you’ve found the message section, enter your information and click Send Message.
5. If you are not logged in, you will be required to enter your email address so that the Vendor can reach out with the information you seek. If you are logged in, the Vendor’s reply will go into your Dashboard for viewing and you will receive an email notification as well.
